Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

We prepare your equestrian essentials with the care of competition grooming:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our global riders can expect the same quality service whether in Houston or Helsinki.

Our Returns Promise

Like the careful selection of show ring attire, we’ve designed our returns process to be as smooth as a well-executed dressage test.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original condition (free from horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear)
  • Included with all original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-tailored pieces
  • Earrings and other intimate accessories
