Our Returns Promise

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Like the careful selection of show ring attire, we ask that you:

  • Ensure items are in original condition (no horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear)
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-tailored pieces
  • Earrings and other intimate accessories

The RiderGlam Returns Process

Follow these steps with the precision of a show jumping course:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Equestrian Support Team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Items

Prepare your return with the care you’d give competition gear:

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Securely seal the package

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days (allow 1-2 billing cycles for bank processing)
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchange Processing: New items ship within 2 business days of return approval

International Returns

For our global riders outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
